Psychotherapy and Counseling
Are you in need of some new tools in your toolbox for living and loving? Are you ready to take a step towards greater self-awareness, healing, and more soulful relationships?
It takes vulnerability to face the truth of our experience and be present to ourselves. I trust that you are here now in order to move in this direction, towards seeing yourself and your relationships with more clarity and discovering different strategies to navigate through the challenges you are facing. I believe there is no greater venture. I admire the courage it takes to seek out a therapist.

The intent of therapy is to provide a supportive space in which you can safely express and explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, doubts, and dreams. I believe that whatever is coming up for you right now will be a guide in this work. My aim is to hold space for you on your journey while we work together to figure out a fresh approach to your challenges. I offer grounded containment, curiosity and compassion. I trust you will grow in your awareness of what's impacting your life and feel greater agency to live more fully in the present moment. Things will shift in the right supportive environment. This is the faith I bring to this work.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
-CARL JUNG
My specialties include working with people going through significant life transitions; people experiencing post-traumatic stress, especially religious trauma and spiritual abuse; couples struggling with intimacy and communication; and individuals seeking greater meaning, self-understanding, and relationship with their inner lives.

Informed by Jungian, psychoanalytic, and systemic approaches, I work primarily from a depth-oriented model of psychotherapy.
I am comfortable working with people from all ethnicities, religions and belief systems, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I have extensive training in areas of deconstruction/religious trauma, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), and military culture and deployment for individuals and couples.
