FEES

 

My fees are:

• For Individual psychotherapy, 60-minute session - $150

• For couples and family therapy, 60-minute session - $160

• For couples and family therapy, 90-minute session - $240

 

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, debit and credit cards are accepted. Clients also frequently use Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

CANCELATION POLICY

 

Please provide 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. Otherwise, there is a missed appointment fee of $100.

INSURANCE

 

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. At your request, I can provide a detailed receipt that may aid in your reimbursement with PPO plans as an out-of-network provider. What that means is you are responsible to pay me directly after each session, and then I provide you with a receipt for services (called a superbill), which you can then, if you so choose, submit to your insurance. A superbill provides information to your insurance company regarding the type of service received, dates of service, and diagnosis. The details of your reimbursement will be determined by your plan with your insurance carrier. Most PPO plans will reimburse you for some portion of the session fee, but every plan is different, so you will need to call your insurance to ask about your specific coverage.
